About the Space...
Abide is a private, women-only massage and wellness space within my home studio in Gallant, Alabama, nestled among the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.Surrounded by trees, rolling hills, and quiet countryside, it's a place to slow down and exhale.
Each session is thoughtfully customized around your body, comfort, and needs that day. Services include deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic, facial and scalp massage, along with cupping, hot stones, fascial work, warm towels, and other restorative techniques.
Optional botanical enhancements include herbal sugar scrubs, body wraps, dry brushing, and nourishing masks. A wide selection of herbs and teas are also available during your visit to support your wellness.
You do not need to know exactly what you need before you arrive.

My background includes over 1,000 hours of massage therapy training, holistic health education, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Development, along with training in herbs and herbal preparations and experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care as a doula.
I created Abide to care for women through every season of life-
from preparing for motherhood and pregnancy to postpartum recovery, hormonal changes,menopause, and the physical and emotional demands of everyday life. I want each woman to feel seen, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
Alongside massage therapy, I create herbal tinctures, custom-blended teas, herbal sugar scrubs, body wraps, oils, and other botanical preparations inspired to support wellness.
I’m also drawn to regenerative farming, growing organic plants and herbs, and stewarding the land as part of caring for God’s creation. That connection to the natural world has shaped the way I think about wellness — with attention to rhythm, nourishment, rest, and thoughtful care.
My hope is to offer women a place where they can receive individualized, holistic care that honors the season of life they are in.
